I've got a little list!

Okay, here’s something new I’m trying. I’m going to publish a sort of diary or inventory of my days. No commentary of my own, no comparison to anyone else. Just a list of what I did.

Feel free to heckle, berate, or compliment obsequiously, as you will….

On to today:

  • Woke at 8:00am
  • Read some email; deleted a bunch of old email
  • Added a quick post to Coalition for Clarity
  • Worked for The Man for 7-1/2 hours
  • Commuted for 2 hours (1 hour each way)
  • Walked 8000+ steps
  • Had a conversation with my mother
  • Watched 1 hour of TV (“Men of a Certain Age”)
  • Picked up some job leads
  • Posted inventory to Virtue Quest
  • Will probably make it to bed by 11:00pm

‘Nuff said.

Wow, that’s a busy day. I’ve hit upon the system of coming up with time “budgets” to make sure everything is getting done.

Turns out there were periods in the past that there were reasons why I felt I was melting down. My time budget showed me *way* over drawn.

Also, working takes a lot of time. Very annoying. Life should be like Star Trek where you can follow your muse without worrying about money. ;)

I think you left a few things out. While I believe it is possible that you did not pray all day long, I know you too well to believe that you went all day without breakfast, lunch or dinner! And no shower??? I also know that you stink when you sweat.

You should know, Kelly, that I take great pride in my quarterly shower on every equinox and solstice! It’s kept me free from the black plague so far…
